I just got home from camp. I've been soaking and going through email.
And I've just been reading about a tear in the vitreous lining tear of the eye which seems to have happened this afternoon. I have to wait until morning, but since it has happened before in the other eye, I know I have to get it checked. Darn.
This was my corner of the camp. My little Jenome is on the right. We didn't need the wood stove, thank goodness. It would have been too warm for me!
This was my view out the windows. We've seen moose before but it's hunting season right now so none this time. Perhaps they're hiding.
We had rainy weather although unlike the areas that really got hit with Sandy, it wasn't too bad. We are lucky! I'm thinking of all those who are suffering.
This pretty quilt which is a 'Schnibbles' was finished up by Wendy. Her favorite is a red and white quilt. Apparently she has more than sixty reds in her collection.
I did several of my postage stamp blocks which are set into stars. I did more of the 6 by 6 blocks too. Its not the best picture as we were just packing up and I was a bit shaky with fatigue.
The fabric that I needed for my batik quilt, of course arrived in today's mail and was waiting for me when I got home.
As usual, we had a wonderful two days of quilting, eating and of good times. It passed too quickly, but were already planning our Christmas get together?
I will save a few more photos for my next post.

I absolutely love the way you have set your postage stamp blocks as the center of the stars! That will be a beautiful, scrappy quilt!

Great pics Holly. Love the shot from above. It was fun wasn't it. I posted about my Schnibble today...tomorrow the retreat...
Postage stamp blocks look great. I think your going to have a great quilt in the end. I haven't really made many scrappy quilts but I really like this.
Nice blocks! Best of luck with your eye.
