Luckily the pan was able to withstand the heat without being destroyed. It had been on the burner for about 2 hours. We all have too much on our minds and get distracted too easily. I'm glad your home is still there and that your husband is understanding and helpful. Best of luck in getting the smell out and the house redecorated.Exuberantcolor/Wanda S Hansonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00064308660138307797noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1452102379660910511.post-7387868984259723262014-12-31T13:36:08.479-08:002014-12-31T13:36:08.479-08:00What a dramatic ending to 2014, Holly! (Mine is too, but I hear some aren’t.) I hope your air is healthier soon; I completely understand how that can adversely affect you. I was so shaken up that I would leave it on the stove like that. I burned the kettle dry, actually it melted a bit but everything else was safe. We all do this, I think we have to much on our minds.
Sending you a hug,
MeredithMereknitshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04596140300034854370noreply@blogger.com
